The Great Sycamore

It is located near Snakerocks, east of the ThunderClan camp, closer to the ShadowClan border. It is one of the tallest trees in the forest, described as a gigantic tree with its crown stretching beyond the canopy that shields the sky. Its branches are strong all the way to the ends, and its roots are thick, twisting around its base and burrowing far into the earth. Young apprentices learn and master their climbing skill and dare one another to climb higher. Sometimes, it can also serve as the use of an ideal hunting place or a place to master stalking.

Mistystar padded in. "I wonder if Thunderclan should have an alliance with Shadowclan?" She shook it away, even though she was thinking out loud. She began sniffing for prey.

Oakstar padded up lost in thought. his brown pelt glinting in the sunlight. his muscles under his pelt moved smoothly as they moved him along. the large scar on his left shoulder shone also in the light. it was from a scrap with windclan that he had gotten that scar. his amber eyes were clouded with thought.

Mistystar noticed a bit of brown flash. She was deep in the undergrowth, so she could not bee seen. She held in the stalking position. She hoped she would not be smelled, or seen.

The large handsome male sat down in the shade of the tree and stared into space. Obviously deep in thought, his long oaken tail flicked from side to side every now and then. his creamy chest standing out against his darker pelt.

Mistystar saw that Oakstar was lost in thought. The wind shifted, and she did with it to stay downwind. She makes a bush rustle to see if he would notice her. She looked, curiously.

as soon as he heard the bush rustle he wass out of thought and extremly alert. his amber eyes glittered as he scented the air. he stood and dipped hsi head "sorry for intruding Mistystar". his voice as always was cold and precise.

Mistystar nodded in the bushes. She jumped out in front of him. It almost looked like she was going to jump on him. "It's alright, Oakstar. But, why are you here?"

"walking" He replied calmly, his amber eyes warning her that she had caught prey on his side of the border this morning. so him casually walking wasnt somethingg to fuss over. he turned his head and began licking his cresent shaped scar. his creamy chest ruffled in the slight breeze from the windclan moor.

She nods awkwardly and jumps in the symacore. There was a hole in the trunk and she liked to rest there sometimes. Being a bengal helped her blend into the forest. She looks at Oakstar from the hole.

Dipping his head oakstar turned and began calmly beginning to pad back toward his own territory. his long oaken tail flicke as he began bounding off

She smiled. It was time for the gathering. She padded swiftly to the gathering, with a smile on her face.

Feathersoul stopped at the roots of the Great Sycamore. She lifted her mussel, tasting the air. ShadowClan? I must be imagining things. She shook it off, picking up the scent of a vole. She crouched, stalking around on silent paws until the Bombay spotted the little brown body. She pounced, landing squarely on the vole and silencing its cry of surprise with a flash of claws across its neck. Raising her head, she glanced around, keeping an eye out for her Clanmates.

Nettlesting stepped up to Feathersoul and hissed, "What are you both doing here?" The tom grinded his teeth together in annoyance. It was normal for him to be snappish so no one should take anything from it.

Feathersoul rolled her emerald eyes as Nettlesting hissed loudly. "Honestly Nettlesting. Your getting grumpier every day! Lighten up a bit." The Bombay pawed the warrior the freshly killed vole. "And who're you to question your Medicine Cat?" she teased, as she loved to do. "If you must know, I'm hunting with Mistystar and Emberfeather, as soon as they get here."

Nettlesting couldn't help chuckling. "Would you like to share the vole?" He asks. "And besides, questioning you only makes you annoyed which makes it funny for me." He teased back.

Feathersoul flicked Nettlesting's mussel with her sleek black tail teasingly. "That's the warrior I know." She bent down, sniffing the freshly killed vole. "Sure."

"Good." Nettlesting grinned and took a bite out of the vole. "Well then, this is great!" He mumbled after swallow it. "And you killed this? Sheesh, you might as well be a Warrior." He said.

Feathersoul grinned and butted his shoulder with her head. "You know I'm not a good fighter! And besides, I like to help, not hurt." She bent down and sunk her teeth into the soft flesh of the plump brown body. "Vole is my favorite!"

"Not hurt?" The tom inquired. "You just killed a vole. I'm sure it hurt them." He chuckled and flicked her nose wih his tail.

Feathersoul batted Nettlestings tail away with a fluffy black paw. She scrunched up her mussel, sneezing as his tail tickled her moist pink nose. "Yea, yea. But prey is prey, not a cat."

"Mhmm." He said with a sarcastic note in his voice. "Whatever." Said the warrior as he turned over onto his back and batted at Feathersoul's muzzle.

"Mrow-ow-ow!" Feathersoul felt Nettlesting's paws batter her mussel. She pawed at his ears playfully, feeling like a kit again.

Nettlesting purred with amusement and flicked out his claws. "You see these, I'll tear you to shreds with them!" He teased and quickly retracted his claws back as he pounced on Feathersoul.

Feathersoul couldn't help but laugh as Nettlesting pounced on her. "You don't seem so grumpy now," she teased. She bared her teeth in a "fierce" snarl, trying to keep a straight face. "Oh really? I'll rip you to shreds with these!"
